We are excited to announce that we are having a Book Launch for the two amazing sisters in life and poetry: Chyrel J. Jackson and Lyris D. Wallace for the book “SistersRoc’N’Rhyme Presents Poems in the Key of Life” which “is a vibrant, lyrical, poetic dance party.”
Is it already mid-March? Unbelievable! Yet, here we are, and I’m astonished. How did this month arrive so unnoticed? Perhaps I’ve been too preoccupied. Indeed, that’s certainly the case. And I’m thoroughly enjoying it.”
This was the week that was. Do you recall that program? Here’s a clip. Actually “That was the week that was.” It didn’t air for long, and it’s surprising that I remember it. It’s intriguing how certain things linger in our memories. Likely, it’s because it was satirical, which is one of my preferred genres of comedy. I cherish this recollection.”
My daughter is organizing everything in preparation for her knee surgery. We expect to have a scheduled date shortly. She has numerous inquiries, and with the assistance of ‘Doctor Google’ along with my advice, she’s discovering the answers.
It has been an extremely busy week for my husband. The tax season is in full swing. I hope his energy endures, and I am thankful that he is managing well. On Mondays, they have catered lunches. I am pleased that he enjoys this little luxury.
Since our schedules differ and I prefer not to eat too late, I’ve been experimenting with more sheet pan meals. They’re convenient for reheating when he arrives home. Clearly, they’ve been a success, as he’s quite impressed with their deliciousness. I’ve started exploring some variations beyond my usual recipes, which has turned into an enjoyable journey.
The daughter is thriving in her program. New members have joined, and she is embracing her role as Aloha Ambassador with great dedication.
This week has been exceptionally creative at work. I enjoy tinkering in the studio and producing entertaining videos.
‘I conducted two interviews for an upcoming book, which went smoothly. I plan to publish them in the coming days. Meeting new individuals and discussing poetry and art is something I thoroughly enjoy.’
Today, I met up with two friends to work on writing projects. We enjoyed visiting over coffee and had a lovely time.
We persevere through life’s highs and lows, emerging with a heightened sense of gratitude, for which I am profoundly thankful. What about you? What are you thankful for? There’s no need to count; I didn’t. Simply take a moment to ponder—it’s genuinely uplifting.

Loss X Mental Illness is a collection of poems written by Aariona Harris during one of the most emotionally and mentally challenging times of her life. Harris offers solidarity to other readers who may go through something similar and ensure they know they are not alone. While doing so Harris was able to address her grief and expel all of the feelings associated with it, along with the emotional reactions caused by her diagnoses.
You are cordially invited to attend the Book Launch of “Loss X Mental Illness” by Aariona Harris on Saturday, March 23 at 5 p.m. EST. To register, please send an email to admin@prolificpulse.com or fill out the form below.
