Tacos
Ode To Tacos
Crunchy or soft
The taco is boss
You can add what you wish
It makes a great dish
Beef tacos seem preferred
But chicken’s a tasty bird
I really like fish
For a varying dish
Tacos are versatile
Some would say that’s not so
Tacos must meet
With a certain kind of meat
Shells must be such
Or shells not so much
I’ll take my delicious dish
With however I may wish

Freed up like butterflies

I feel the burning desire
To quelch the pain
Then and only then
Do I realize
It’s in the pain that I know I am free

Standing at the mike
She froze when she saw
He was in the line
At the bar, waving a five
Speechless, she should be
When seeing his stubbles
Will she ever be free
From grotesque feelings
She speaks
She’s heard
He sees

I found my unicorn
