Rebooting

I believe love grows
as sure as the rain sprinkles
misting the new growth
ready to see the bloomings
from the buds of yesterday

Tomorrow’s Today
I thought it was tomorrow
today
I thought it was a work day
today
When I woke up and made my cup
today
I realized it’s not Monday
today
I took my hot cuppa
sat down on my sofa
today
I celebrate
this is my day
today
I treat this day with honor
today
I will likely have a naptime
today
I will honor my peace
today
I plan to do peace everyday
today
