Remote Control

Remote Control

Sarenda landed a remote spot on the edge of awareness, but close to comfort

She found a picnic table to start each day with coffee and cereal before logging in

Scenery was often inspiring to her thoughts and she cranked out many warm words

Some were rather hot, even spicy, but not too untame for modern species

Cats got your tongue, ran through her mind in remembrance of teaseful times

She found her claim on this space to be just the right amount of remote control

…..

That’s my Six Sentence Story for this week. What’s yours? Go to Girlie on the Edge and add it!

  1. Hey! Engaging Six… in that sense of finding ‘a place to stand’ (relative not only to the world around us but the life(s) that surround us).
