Speechless at the Oasis

Speechless at the Oasis

Crossing hot dunes to

Cool, grasses calming my feet

Heat radiates free

Grasping the well of coolness

Soothing leathered throats with drink

Lovers are speechless

  1. There isn’t anything quite as hot as scorching hot sand dunes on tender bare feet and finally reaching the cooler areas, the grass or the tide pools for respite.

    Nice poetic SSS.
