Six Sentence Story prompt word is RESTORE – Let’s see what can be done…
Habitat for Humanity has several Restore stores in the area, when you need things for around the house, there are plenty of choices. Sometimes I go there with a friend to look for things for resale on EBay or similar places. I have even found freebies, such as drinking glasses. If you like to read, there are always interesting books. And there are movies, too. Plus, if you need home repair items, this is the place to go, they even have lots of toilets in what I call their “toilet cemetary” where old stools go to die; and one more thing is that you can donate to the Restore and they even pick some things up.

We have one here, too. Our church just helped with our seventh Habitat house, and i still haven’t ever taken the time to go by their Restore. Shame on me, i need to make time this week.

Ours here is called The ReUse It Center. I loved the line about where “stools go to die.” That had me cracked up, Lisa. 🙂
