I’m glad you all escaped unscathed. Skunks are actually quite gentle and don’t want to spray, they’re generally content to simply excuse themselves and waddle off if you back away and leave.

Yes, it was PeeWee who scared me that he’d provoked a spraying event. He had a history of it.
