It’s TTOT time, so let’s hop to it.
- Daughter finished her bag for her walker. It’s made with quilt squares and looks cute and is practical.
- You have an opportunity to share in the TTOT by going to think link:
3. We are having an outing in town before the winter storm hits and I am grateful for warnings.
4. I am grateful for the first responders of Colorado who made it their mission to help people and their pets find safety during the fires. I watched the police cam videos last night on the news and it was truly heart rendering.
5. Today, I am participating in the book launch of this book at 9 a.m.

Here’s a link if you want to attend at 9 a.m. EST today
6. I am grateful for nurses who come to the house and on the internet.
7. I am grateful for warmth.
8. The grocery is selling soft pretzels.
9. Sales even when stocks are short.

Those bags do come in handy for people using walkers. A quilted one sounds really cute.
Sorry that you are having a winter storm. Glad that you had the warning and were able to get your errands done before it hit.
Soft pretzels are so good. I came across one of my old recipes the other day for soft pretzels and remembered how good they tasted.
#6 Definitely a blessing
Hope you have a good and safe week, Lisa.

Thanks! The ice melted soon and it wasn’t bad. There were some horrific news events, though. The worse was a semi which slid off a bridge on the interstate overpass.

A bag on a walker is a very smart thing to have! I’ll bet it looks great, too! Our grocery shelves are bare in places. Of all things, I couldn’t find Skittles yesterday (use them at school for rewards for pooping in the potty!).

She’s making another one with a dolphin design I found. She’s loving being creative. Oh no, Skittles disaster. If you still can’t find them, I am glad to check here and sent to you.

Soft pretzels? I honestly have no idea what those are, but they sound good. I am also very grateful for the first responders in Colorado. I have an online friend somwhere in that state and, though I believe she wasn’t close to the fires, she did share the news with me. As someone in the Netherlands, I normally don’t hear much of this kind of news. It’s truly saddening.

Soft pretzels are basically large pretzels as big as the hand which have been baked and are best warm with salt. I dip mine in mustard.
