  3. built in laundry room
  4. choices
  5. opportunities to feel good
  6. a freshly painted apartment exterior
  7. a repaired door and getting to call maintenance
  8. three pumpkins on the counter waiting to become baked
  9. I can still type, most days

  1. Amen to #1! (And #2-5, too!) As for the rest of your list, I’m glad you were able to get the door fixed and the exterior painted. Your place will smell so good when the pumpkins are baking! I hope you are able to type every day you want to, and I will gladly join you for a treat (no tricks!) Have a good week!

  5. Yes to 1, 5, and 9. Keeping a sense of humor gets us through the tough times and opportunities to feel good are always welcome. I am grateful for #9 too and hope these fingers, or most of them continue to serve me well for a good many more years.

  6. Mmmm, hot chocolate! I love Paula Deen’s recipe for it. Simple and delicious and you can make it in a crock pot for company! Hope your week goes well and your sense of humor continues, because life!

  7. Sense of humor? man, surely that has got me through some times (and, out of a couple spots when everyone else maintained their own sense of humor)

    fresh paint smells good too! (being from Y Chromia I had to include this, not that hot chocolate doesn’t smell most excellent)
