The feel of grass under bare feet, nothing like it. When I come back from river walks, (shod) I feel like my lungs have had a good scrub!

I love this one, Lisa!
I love the affirmation of a truth – “I can” and how it keeps repeating with each new thought as you move through the poem. If feels like I am on a little walk on a pathway in the woods – a peaceful and solitary inner through repeating with each step on that path.
